Hifenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used as a painkiller. It relieves pain, stiffness, and swelling from conditions affecting the bones and joints. The Hifenac-P version combines aceclofenac with paracetamol to relieve pain and lower fever.
